Is this PDF editor really free and private?
Yes. Everything happens inside your browser. Your PDF is never uploaded, there is no watermark, and you do not need an account.
Can I edit the existing text in a PDF?
Yes. Choose Edit text, point at the text you want to change (it gets a blue outline), click it, and type. The editor covers the old words with the page background and writes your new words in a matching size, colour, and similar font. Scanned PDFs are pictures of text, so for those use White-out and Add text instead.
Is the old text removed from the file?
It is covered, not erased from the file's data. Anyone viewing or printing the PDF sees only your new text, but the original words can still be found by copying or searching the page. Do not rely on it to hide confidential information.
How do I sign a PDF?
Click Sign, draw your signature, and press "Add to page". Then drag it into place and resize it. To type or upload your signature, fill in form fields, or add initials to every page, use Sign & Fill PDF.
Does it support Bangla and other languages?
Yes. Text you add is drawn by your browser, so any language your device can display, including Bangla, Hindi, and Arabic, works.
Will the original text stay selectable?
