Text always shrinks to fit its box. Lower this for a calmer look.

Put *stars* around words to colour them. Press Enter for a new line. Need Bijoy text? Use the Bijoy to Unicode converter.

This browser can’t apply brightness, contrast or colour changes to the card. Chrome, Edge and Firefox can.

About the News Photo Card

The News Photo Card Studio turns a photo and a headline into a branded, ready-to-share news card, the style news pages post on Facebook and Instagram. Pick from more than 100 templates or build your own with the template maker. It works in your browser, with a live preview as you type.

How to use it

  1. 1 Drop, paste or choose a photo, then drag it into place.
  2. 2 Type the headline, put *stars* around words to highlight them, and pick a template from the library, or open the Layers tab to design your own.
  3. 3 Set your brand kit once (logo, colours, font, website), save your look as a template, then download, copy or share the card.

Frequently asked questions

What size are the cards?

Square 1080×1080 and Portrait 1080×1350 for Facebook and Instagram feeds, Story 1080×1920 for Stories, Reels and WhatsApp Status, and Landscape 1200×630 for link previews, X and LinkedIn. Download all 4 sizes saves every one in one go.

How many templates are there?

More than 100, sorted into breaking news, politics and elections, sports, business, weather, crime and court, entertainment, quotes, condolence, festivals and national days, health, tech, education, international, features and minimal. Thumbnails show your own photo and headline, and you can keep your brand colours on any of them.

Can I make my own template?

Yes. Open the Layers tab to start from any template or a blank card, then add photo, text, shape and logo layers. Drag them on the card to move them, pull the corners to resize, and set colours, fonts, sizes, borders and fades. Save the result under My templates and reuse it for every story.

What do I get by signing in?

Your templates and brand kits sync to your account, so they are on every phone and computer you use, and you can save up to 200 finished cards, with their photos, to reopen and edit later. It is free.

How do I highlight words in a different colour?

Put stars around them: রাজধানীতে *ভারী বৃষ্টি*. You can also select words and press Highlight. Choose Colour for coloured words or Marker for a highlighter box behind them.

Does it work with Bangla text?

Yes. Headlines use proper Bangla fonts such as Hind Siliguri, Noto Sans Bengali, Noto Serif Bengali, Baloo Da 2 and Tiro Bangla. Conjuncts render correctly, and dates can be shown in Bangla digits, optionally with the Bangla calendar date. Text typed in Bijoy should be converted to Unicode first.

Are my photos uploaded?

Not unless you choose to. The card is drawn in your browser, and your templates, brand kits and recent cards are saved in this browser. Only if you sign in and press Save to account is the card stored in your account, with its photos if you leave that option on, and only you can open it.

Can I save my logo and colours?

Yes. Your brand kit keeps your logo, main and highlight colours, headline font, website and date style. Make one kit for each page you run and switch between them with one click.

Can I use any photo?

Only use photos you own or have permission to use, and add the photographer or source in the Photo credit field when required.
